- this is how we roll -

Just in case you didn't see this picture on my other blog yesterday, this is how we roll when momma needs to get some shopping done...

Yup, she's in the "unsafe" section of the cart...holding my phone, that currently has absolutely no case protecting it if it were to fall and hit the hard floor, shattering it to pieces.

Luckily, I trust my kiddo to stay seated in the cart (I promise, she's really good when it comes to things like that)...and I know that she will hold onto that phone for dear life. Because she totally understands that if that phone breaks, she will not be able to play her games on it anymore! It's the one thing she is so careful with!

Folks, that's just how we roll! Remember all of those "I'll never..." when you were pregnant? Yup, I do ALL those things I said I would never do. Because letting her watch videos and play games while I'm shopping makes momma and kiddo much happier! I just do what I can to keep the peace!

My son is the same way! I found out that he knows how to unlock my phone, scroll through the apps and find his 'fish' game!

Aww, haha! I totally do all those things I said I wouldn't do too (and a few more things that people still tell me I shouldn't). 'Cause.. honestly... I figure the kids' childhood will probably be a lot more fun for me if I'm not worrying about all those little rules! You sound like a good mommy, serious :)

Oh mama, I am so glad you do this... cause so do I! Hahaaa... funny how actually being a mommy throws all those ideas of how you will mother your childeren someday out the window.

Ellie bugs looks so cute & grown up playing on her big girl phone!
Not kidding, Jax can navigate through my ipod better than me!

P/S I let Jaxy sit on the kitchen counter. Daddy freaks out! He thinks he will fall. Uhmmm no, he's fine. He just sits there, & is my little helper. Mommy's know their kiddos!

Got a couple new/new camera pics up! Yahhh... they are not fabulous, but I'm learning! Not as bad as I though they might be?

Ok Why am I not just emailing you?

Lol... bye sweet freid! xoxo

Rules, what rules. Whatever works in the moment and makes you and that sweet little one happy is all that matters. Too cute! Love the bow!

I put my 22 month old in the back with my cell phone too. She watches Elmo and Barney and I get 10 minutes of peaceful shopping in. It's a Heavenly thing! :). So cute!!
