- if i could do just a few of these every day - might help me lower my stress level just a tad...

I particularly like this one:
- Do brand new things (yes, yes, yes...we get stuck in our daily "routine". Our daily "routine" grounds me, and I actually thrive on the stability...BUT I really, really need to force myself to get out of this routine and be more spontaneous!)

I also like these:
- Know your limitations and let others know them too (I take on way too much every day! I just can't say no or ask for help!)
- Exercise every day (aaagh!! Another post to come about this issue soon!)
- Smile more (no explanation needed! I'm not an "unhappy" person at all...but it never hurts anyone to smile more!)
- Schedule a play time into every day (I need to learn to stop worrying about the "chores" to be done, and just take more time to stop and have more fun with Ellie, with Matt, with my friends)

Some great advice there - I totally agree about doing new things. A blog is a great way to get yourself motivated. And it looks like yours is relatively new, so you're already doing it, congrats!! xoStephanie

Love this list. There really are so many ways to bring a little joy into our lives. Stress is so common these days and thanks so much for the reminder. N x

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love the idea to try new things, but how hard is that with a toddler? They crave routine! At least I know my son does...

Thank you so much for this post. I get so caught up in the daily grind of everything that I forget to just chill some times. I actually saved this list so I could look at it daily. Have a great day!
